Florida DUI School
Requirements
Orlando DUI
Defense Attorney - Lawyer, providing experienced DUI Defense
and other Criminal Defense legal Services in Orlando, Orange
County, and Central Florida areas.
Florida
statutes provide requirements for driving school when a DUI conviction is
obtained, or a plea has been entered by the accused.
When an individual is convicted of a DUI
First Offense, he or she must successfully complete a
sanctioned DUI school before being granted hardship
driving privilege reinstatement.
Those who choose to wait out the revocation period
before reinstatement only needs to show proof of
enrollment or completion to become re-licensed. If
individual enrolls and is reinstated after revocation
period expires they must still complete the DUI school.
Failure to do so within 90 days after reinstatement will
result in license cancellation, and the driver cannot
then be re-licensed until successfully completing the
DUI school.
For a Second Conviction in 5 Years (5-Year Revocation)
or Third Conviction in 10 Years (10-Year Revocation),
the individual is required to successfully complete a
DUI school following their DUI conviction.
Being charged with a DUI Offense does not always mean a
conviction will follow. Your best chance to have a
successful outcome in any DUI related legal situation is
to seek the legal advice and representation of
experienced legal counsel.
If you require professional legal services regarding
DUI defense or other criminal defense issues,
be proactive in protecting your legal rights by seeking
the legal advice of an experienced Orlando DUI
defense attorney & lawyer. Contact
